Austrian Consumer Protection Law
This refund policy is in compliance with the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (Konsumentenschutzgesetz - KSchG) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Austrian consumer protection laws (Konsumentenschutzgesetz) and European Union regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
This right applies to consumers (natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession) who purchase goods from us.
2. Withdrawal Period
The 14-day withdrawal period begins:
- From the day you receive the goods, or
- From the day you receive the last item if you ordered multiple items in one order, or
- From the day you receive the first item if you ordered goods that are delivered separately

4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, products must be:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Unopened and in original packaging
- In the same condition as when received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
5. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless:
- The product was defective or incorrect
- We failed to inform you about your right of withdrawal
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- We will process your refund within 14 days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return.
7. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal
According to Austrian and EU law (KSchG and Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
- Goods that are sealed and not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
- Goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
- Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if unsealed after delivery
For dietary supplements, the right of withdrawal applies unless the product has been unsealed and consumed, in which case the right may be limited.
8. Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- We will cover return shipping costs for defective items

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe:
